Recovery rundown, managing plantar, and making the most of a farmshare bounty.
In Tuesday’s post, I noted experiencing a decent amount of post-run soreness following the 50-miler. That was to be expected, obviously, and it was fascinating to observe my body work through the various muscle groups one at a time. I’d go to bed with right glute tightness, and wake up with pain in the left quad.
