An interesting sensation gradually took over my body the other morning when I got out of bed: Nothing hurt. That usual ache deep in my bones? Nowhere to be found. That typical tightness emanating from my right glutes and radiating down to my calves? Not actually present for a change.
While there are a handful of components contributing to this lack of morning soreness, the biggest factor has been a weekly Pilates class.
