In recent days, I started following a few workout bros online. I knew this would be annoying – sooooo much VO2 max talk – but I framed it as a sociological experiment because I have no real sense of what workout bros talk about on a regular basis. Beyond the endless VO2 max chatter, one topic keeps coming up for debate: Should we run by feel or by Heart Rate Zone?
